Up-Middle-Down Rehabbing Kitchen Ideas
2 comments so far (is that a lot?)Here are some rehabbing kitchens ideas you can use if you are into fixing and flipping properties. These ideas concern the upper, middle, and lower portions of the kitchen.
Once inside the kitchen, look up and you’ll see the ceiling of course. (That probably sounded a bit nonsensical) One thing you can do to spice up the upper portion of the room is by repainting it, but that is already a given. So, here’s an innovative way of rehabbing kitchen ceilings: lay out wallpaper. Wallpaper you say is for walls but you’re not going to be sued for applying it on the ceiling. The kitchen is a prime spot home buyers check and if you present an innovative rehab idea in it, you’re sure to get a plus point.
Look in the middle part and you’ll see an island. Or is there even one? If the space permits it, install an island. Choose ones that are multipurpose. There are cheap islands that come with a utensil holder. Some luxurious looking ones have wine holders. If you purchase a plain and boring-looking island, you can install some cabinets underneath the countertop. Use your rehab imagination on this one.
Then, look down and you’ll see the floor (Another nonsensical sentence adding clutter to this entry). Instead of simply refinishing that hardwood floor, what you can do is experiment with it. Try applying bright paint or one that contrasts with the wall. Just be sure to consult experts on the hardware store so you know what type of paint to use.
The best thing about these rehabbing kitchens tip is that they don’t cost a lot. That’s bang for a buck rehabbing.
