Some People are Loving Foreclosure

No comments yet

The issue of foreclosure is so sensitive to some people that they are hurt by merely bringing it up in a conversation. Why would it not hit them hard? A house is considered a person’s prime investment in his lifetime. When he loses it to foreclosure, it is inevitable to feel a sense of failure to keep the property, which in the case of many people, has served as the canvass of their memories.

But while most Americans dread it, even just thinking about it, some of has have learned to embrace the fact that their property was foreclosed. A news report featured the stories of some families who are slowly adapting to their situation.

“Instead of the house dragging us down, it’s become a life raft. It’s really been a blessing,” said one interviewee. He added that because they no longer pay mortgage, they were able to keep their family business more stable. The report described this as “free rent.”

There is nothing wrong with feeling contentment with whatever we have today. But when we do not aspire to change our lives when we know they can be better – that’s when the problem comes. If these people learned to embrace the fact that they are in foreclosure, hopefully they’ll also realize that they need to be back on their feet while they are enjoying “free rent.” See where all this talk is going?

You guessed it right. Call it an outright advertisement but yes, real estate investing can help you get back on your feet. Just a suggestion.
