The country’s worst oil spill has reached the pristine white sand beaches of Pensacola. Around 5kms. have been tainted with sludge already. Rehabbers probably won’t sell a house if they used ugly paint combinations but they won’t reap the wrath of nature-loving people in Floridians because of an oil spill. A lot of people consider a house rehab a risky form of investing, but hey, not as risky as BP’s job.

If you haven’t seen what Pensacola shores look like, my Oh my please Google them. What a pity. A picture of a crab buried in sludge was there and you can’t help but shake your head. Hopefully we all can work for to do something about this problem. The governments and BP work on the big stuff. But for locals and those who are earning relatively well off, rehabbers included, should help somehow to rehab Pensacola.

Cleanup is ongoing in the area although this will surely have some effects on the whole economy of the area. Tourism, retail, and probably even the housing market. So, to rehab Pensacola is everybody’s task. Contributing time, money, effort or whatever will surely be appreciated by the beach that has hosted countless vacations.

A famous fishing event has already been cancelled due to the sludge. And of course, families who have long planned vacationing to the summer haven would have to move elsewhere, or worse, cancel their trip as well. Let’s help Pensacola’s rehab now.
