Rehab Homes in Little Beach Towns
No comments yetWhen you live near or in little beach towns, you better start buying some rehab homes now. For one, property prices across the country have yet to recover, and two, you have other options aside from rehabbing it.
An online feature recently listed some of the country’s best little beach towns. If you live in any of these towns, you better rehab homes. Or as I said, consider your other options. And the eight towns are:
Rockport, TX; Chincoteague, VA; Gearhart, OR; Santa Cruz, CA; Sunset Beach, HI; Rehoboth, DE; Silver Lake Sand Dunes Area, MI; and Boca Grande, FL.
The good thing with little beach towns is that they are not as crowded as popular beach spots. This makes them a premium spot for those who are looking for some privacy but want to enjoy the shore and the waves. This also makes the value of houses in these towns very attractive for a resale. So, if you can purchase cheap homes in these towns today, it’s time to rehab homes.
But if you think rehabbing is not possible for whatever reason, then you can hold the property. Turn it into an inn where visitors can stay. You can also keep it as a family vacation house. Again, you have a lot of options when you purchase a property in little beach towns.
Just remember that when you rehab homes, you make money when you buy, not when you sell. So, it’s important to buy as low as possible. And then, sell as high as possible.
