Jim and I met and filled out an assignment of contact like this one.
Two weeks later, the work began. Besides the addition, the kitchen and bathroom needs a lot of sprucing up. The vanity and tub were badly stained, so we replaced the vanity top. The kitchen cabinets were sound, but doors had to be fabricated out of MDF. We replaced the kitchen countertop, which comes pre-cut for the sink. The kitchen will go from paneling to bright white, which will brighten things up considerably!
